KERN1 operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical retail location.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped with DHL Express, offering fast and on-demand delivery worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of the world: 2 to 10 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from DHL Express with tracking details and delivery options.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags, cards, and original packaging included.
Items purchased in person, including at events, pop-ups, or in the showroom, are final sale and not eligible for return.
