From Karl Lagerfeld’s celebrated Autumn/Winter 1994 collection, this pale, scalloped-trim jacket and matching skirt represent one of the house’s most iconic silhouettes. Famously worn on the runway by Helena Christensen.

Rendered in a soft, light-toned boucle as the rare counterpart to the quintessential petite veste noire, this ensemble distills the timeless codes of Chanel into a fresh, luminous interpretation. The jacket features the maison’s signature hallmarks: a collarless neckline, four patch pockets, contrasting scalloped trim framing the edges, and CC-logo buttons at the cuffs. It is tailored with structured shoulders, a straight hip-length cut, and finished with a fine chain sewn into the silk-lined hem for a perfectly balanced drape.

condition the set is 31 years old, and has been kept with utmost care for decades. It is in pristine condition inside out. No stains, holes or any other signs of wear. Upon inspection it had a very light water mark in the back part of the lining, most likely it happened during dry cleaning the jacket. Almost invisible, only on the inside, and furthermore in perfect shape.

  • The auction will start at 22:00 AM CET on Monday the 3rd of November 2025

  • It is a closed auction

  • You will have 72 hours to submit your bid; the auction will close on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 22:00 AM CET

  • Every person can place only one bid. Please think your offer through carefully before submitting

  • There is one exception to this: if you make the same offer as somebody else, you will receive a message giving you the opportunity to make a new offer. This will only apply if the bid was made at least 2 hours before the end of the auction. Your new bid will be taken into consideration if it was received before the end of the auction.

  • In the event of two equally highest bids at the end of the auction, the item will go to the first person who made the bid

  • The bids are excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are 27 euros. Within the European Union the shipping costs are 49 euros, to the UK it is 64 euros, and to any other country outside of the European Union the shipping costs are 74 euros

  • All shipments within the European Union arrive DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that you do not have to pay any additional taxes upon receipt of the item. Outside the European Union, all orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may therefore be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and other fees levied by the country of destination
