Portrayal of items
Items available at the KERN1 online store are pre-owned. They are described and visually portrayed as clearly and realistically as possible. They are of high quality and are carefully selected on their good condition, but please be aware that signs of use are inherent to previously owned items.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
Order cancellation
A cancellation request made by the client after placing the order and before shipping the item, will be taken into account. The client will receive a full refund minus an order processing/payment fee of 2.9% of the total order amount.
Property
All products remain KERN1's property until full payment, including shipping costs and payment fees, is made and the item is delivered to the customer.

All prices are in euro.
No vat specified for previously owned items
KERN1 does not specify vat on invoices, in line with the Dutch margin scheme for used goods.
Local taxes
All shipments within the European Union arrive DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that you do not have to pay any additional taxes upon receipt of the item. Outside the European Union, all orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may therefore be subject to import taxes, custom duties and other fees levied by the country of destination. Please kindly note that you, as the recipient, are responsible for the payment of import duties at the time of delivery. For more information on custom fees, please contact your local custom office.
Force majeure
Events outside KERN1's control, that are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that kern1 is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, conflicts, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accidents, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.
